The aim of this study was investigate of the relationship between spirituality in job environment, organizational justice and organizational trust with organizational citizenship behavior among staff of Islamic Azad university of Behbahan. The method of research was a descriptive. The population of this research (N= 190) was all staff of the Islamic Azad university of Behbahan. The 123 of the personal were determined by Morgan table. To collect data, 4 questionnaires including spirituality in job environment, organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire were used. To analyze data, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used. The analysis of the data showed thatThere is meaningful relationship between spirituality of job environment, organizational justice with organizational citizenship behavior.
