The Identification of Effective Factors in Classroom Management
This descriptive study aims to identify the effective factors in classroom management. Applying random clustering sampling method, the sample size consists of 550 teachers (260 men and 290 women teachers) out of all elementary school teachers in Khoy, Iran. The researcher-made questionnaire was administered. The questionnaire validity was confirmed by Lawashe Method. Cronbach`s Alpha was employed to calculate the reliability. The results indicate that a difference is found among teachers concerning classroom management styles. No difference is found in gender-based classroom management styles. Classroom management styles are different concerning working experience. No difference is found among men and women teachers concerning classroom management.
