Investigating the relationship between family structure in terms of adaptability and correlation with marital satisfaction in working women
the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between family structure in terms of adaptability and cohesion with marital satisfaction in working women The research was a correlation study. The statistical population of this study was all working women in Karaj. The sample consisted of working women in Karaj who were selected by based on multi-stage cluster sampling method. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaires, family structure Olson et al (1985), marital satisfaction Olson, Forrins and Drakeman (1982). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple regression, Pearson correlation coefficient) and analyzed using SPSS20 software. showed that family structure in terms of adaptability and cohesion positively predict the marital satisfaction of working women. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between of adaptability and cohesion with marital satisfaction of working women (p<0.001). The results of this study indicate that a positive and significant relationship between of adaptability and cohesion with marital satisfaction of working women. And the results of the present study can be used in the development of treatment protocols.
