Investigating the relationship between the components of meritocracy and improving employee performance with the mediating role of organizational culture (Case study: Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization)
this article aims to investigate the relationship between the components of meritocracy and improving employee performance with the mediating role of organizational culture. The research method is descriptive-survey. The sampling method is random. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees of the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality with 1521 people, including all employees of the organization. Statistical sample Using Cochran's formula, 306 statistical samples were obtained. Data were collected based on standard questionnaires. The results of research among the employees of Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization showed that there is a strong significant relationship between the components of meritocracy and improving the performance of employees with the mediating role of organizational culture. The components of meritocracy have a positive effect on improving the performance of employees with the mediating role of organizational culture. , There is a weak significant relationship between communication skills and improving employee performance with the mediating role of organizational culture, between decision making and improving employee performance with the mediating role of organizational culture, there is a strong relationship between "encouraging, innovation and change" and improving employee performance with There is a weak significant relationship between mediating the role of organizational culture, between work communication and improving employee performance with the mediating role of organizational culture, there is a strong significant relationship between leadership skills and improving employee performance with mediating the role of organizational culture, between professional skills There is a strong significant relationship between employee performance improvement and the mediating role of organizational culture. There is a strong significant relationship between "positive self-efficacy and others" and employee performance improvement with the mediating role of organizational culture. Teamwork and employee performance improvement have a strong significant relationship with the mediating role of organizational culture. Finally, suggestions were made for future researchers.
