easuring Citizens' Satisfaction Services from the Implementation of Urban Management Using Urban Services (Case Study: Izeh County)
Identifying the needs of the people and being aware of their demands has a decisive role in determining the management priorities and the efficiency of the urban management system. Comprehensive and sustainable management of the city will be implemented when citizens are satisfied with the performance of the municipal organization. Because citizen satisfaction with the performance of organizations, plays an essential role in improving urban management and increasing the efficiency of urban management. In the present study, the aim is to measure the level of satisfaction with the performance of urban management with emphasis on urban services in Izeh. The nature of this applied research and its method has been descriptive-analytical and data collection in a field method through a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study is estimated based on Cochran's formula of 300 people. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results obtained from one-sample t-test show a moderate to low level of citizens' satisfaction with municipal services. This test also shows that citizens are most satisfied with the expression of 4 indicators (educational, administrative, disciplinary and health). Other results also showed that the variables of gender, education and job affect the satisfaction of the municipality.
