A represention of appropriate model of jihad management based on Basij's thinking

This article seeks to provide a proper model for jihadist management based on Basij thinking. In this regard, firstly, the statements of the Islamic Revolution's Imam of Basij and the jihadi thought were studied and the necessary preparations for modeling the jihadi management based on Basij thinking were provided using the developed Grounded Theory method. After achieving the primitive model, standardization was performed using the Smart PLS 3 software. The results indicate that the values ​​of the jihadist director are the necessary conditions for the formation of jihadi behavior. Indeed, looking for values ​​such as faith, sincerity, idealism, sense of responsibility, and motivation to serve in the jihadist director, they find behaviors such as duty, mojahedd, leadership, readiness and ethics. The Jihadi behavior of the manager is mixed with the strategies of jihad management such as planning, acting on time and on a scale, quality work, relying on science, necessity, priority, innovation, and high spirit. In the case of the provision of individual fields such as insight and awareness, hope and confidence, piety and self-fulfillment, and the availability of structural conditions such as law, order, and avoidance of ceremonies, full achievement of the aspirations as a consequence of jihadist management will be created.
