Evaluating the beauty of modern house facades with geometric proportions. Case study: Modern houses in Tehran
In the present study, the researcher first seeks to select houses with beautiful modern views from the perspective of different groups of specialists, professional architects, ordinary people, and so on. The aim is to extract the various components of these views and examine their geometric proportions. For this purpose, 21 selected houses will be divided into two main groups based on the results of interviews and questionnaires from 35 people. Beauty and proportions are considered the main selection criteria in the first and second groups, respectively. Then, from the selected views, a participatory observation with a system of thinking is done about the reason for the existence of beauty, and the researcher seeks to prove the existence of specific proportional rules in these views. Due to the large number of selected samples, the results are entered into ATLAS TI software in the form of texts and are opened and centralized by coding, coding method. To enhance the beauty of the facades, you can use horizontal and vertical rectangles or combine them at the same time, using the proportions that are associated with this issue.
