Designing a Cultural Capital Model at Payame Noor University

The present study is conducted with the aim of developing a cultural capital model at Payame Noor University.

The research method in this research is exploratory and qualitative in the first stage and in the second stage it is quantitative and applied. In the first stage, the statistical population was 15 faculty members of Payame Noor University, who were selected purposefully. An in-depth interview was conducted with them, and in the second stage, the statistical population was all students of Payam-e-Noor in Ardabil province, and 384 people were selected as the sample size from Morgan's table and in a random stratified manner.

After removing duplicate codes and final coding, the research findings were reduced to 127 conceptual codes. At the end, 77 indicators were selected as indicators of cultural capital in Payame Noor University and then using the opinions of seven faculty members and analysis. Exploratory factors include ten concepts: "individual capital", "objective and institutional capital", "cultural wisdom", "sense of cultural belonging", "cultural awareness", "evolutionism", "university culture orientation", "orbital commitment", " "Cultural Support" and "Cultural Intelligence" were categorized.

After confirming the validity of the study by faculty members through interviews, a cultural capital model was developed for Payame Noor University.
