Components of the legal system in the intellectual system of Jafari Langarudi

Those who are in the science world are always thinking of establishing an intellectual system. The intellectual system of Jafari Langarudi is founded based on his more than 80-year experience in research, writing, judgment, and teaching law at the university. He is one of the academic and legal characters trying to redesign and reconstruct the legal system of Iran. He began from monotheism lecture and reached the philosophical principles of law writing more than 50 scientific works. When he was abroad, his age and distance from academic tasks could not stop him from publishing works related to the “philosophy of Islam culture” and “survival secret of Iran”. Professor Jafari Langarudi tried to complete the legal system of Iran by publishing about 100 scientific books. He designed a legal system in which some concepts and components including “rationality”, “looking o the future”, “comprehensiveness”, “justice-seeking”, and “legal ijtihad” are highly interconnected.
