Investigating effective factors in the formation of revolutionary management strategies in the Public Sector of Iran from the viewpoint of Supreme Leader (Ayatollah Khamenei)

The exhaustion of the human spirit and the spiritual weaknesses in the core of today's management has revealed a vacuum in organizations. In addition, the need for a superior system and a new attitude in the management of the Islamic Republic of Iran requires a system that promises material and spiritual excellence. In this regard, the Supreme Leader, as the governor of jurisprudence and one who explains Islamic philosophy, plays a very crucial role. This research is qualitative with fundamental orientation in terms of strategic, and on the other hand it can be applied in the public sector. Considering that the present research seeks to identify effective factors in the formation of revolutionary management strategies from the viewpoint of Supreme Leader, the purpose of this research is exploratory and the thematic analysis method has been used. First, the themes were extracted from the lectures of Supreme Leader by theoretical sampling method, and finally, according to a deep theoretical study and interview with the experts, five organizing themes of revolutionary have been extracted including adherence to the revolution basic principles and values, the targeting of the revolution ideals, adherence to the independence of the country, non-compliance from enemy and the religious and political virtue and revolutionary management strategies. Accordingly, influential attitudes to revolutionary indices were considered as forming factors that are effective on revolutionary management strategies. Revolutionariness is a transcendent thinking and flourished capacity; the more serious and objective we try in the path of revolutionariness and the more we take into account its indices, the stronger the Islamic will be and we will be able to move on the path of Islamic civilization building.
