Investigation the impact of business intelligence on the business analytical system and performance management system (mazandaran province municipalities organization)

The strategic decision in the business environment is considered as a challenge encountered by many organizations. The mixed intelligence business of architecture is a tool that provides assistance for the organizations to face the challenges. The municipality organization is one of the greatest public organizations the appropriate performance of which can be beneficial for the citizens’ welfare and its efficiency. According to the theoretical principles in explaining the business intelligence, the concepts of business analysis, and performance management, some hypotheses were presented. The present study is descriptive-practical in nature, and data were collected through questionnaire. The whole population of the study included all the employees of municipality in Mazandaran province. The target sample of the study involved 334 employees selected through simple non-random sampling. As to data analysis, multiple linear regression was employed. The standard values were.515,.411,.403, respectively, revealing positive relationship among the target factors. The t value and the significance level also acknowledged the positive effects and their significant relationship among the three variables of the study.
