Abstract:

The altered state of today’s world such as increased population, changed cultural patterns, political effects, etc., has affected the economy in some countries and made them somewhat detrimental. According to most scholars, academic entrepreneurship < br /> and then knowledge commercialization, especially in countries that lack basic funds such as oil, gold, etc., or in communities with no practical mechanism to manipulate the existing initial sources, can be effective. Nevertheless, theories have said poor strategic management and constraining structural factors to be the two main factors in the prevention of entrepreneurship. The present study was designed to give an insight into how strategic management and structural factors are related to academic entrepreneurship. The data was collected using questionnaires prepared by the researcher. The population of the study included all academic units in Payam Noor University, Area 2 (48 branches) studied in a census and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. It was indicated from data analysis that there is a significant relationship between all the variables and components. Finally, the researcher tried to design a model which can explain academic entrepreneurship to the greatest extent. This model was analyzed using neural network. The findings of the study suggested very high fitness for the model.
