An Analysis on Nonintervention Law from Saheb Javaher Viewpoint Relying Verses and Traditions

in this article, the cases of the interdicted and their period of imprisonment and the jurisprudential and legal responsibility of the detainees are examined from the perspective of the owner of the "jewel" and verses and narrations. It is essential for their growth; Therefore, the title of growth and in contrast to its foolishness and pettiness have been examined. The principle of the rule is based on verses from the Holy Qur'an such as the verse: The hadiths have established the control of their property as a right for all people, and the reason for the rule is the consensus of the jurists. The reason for the consensus on the rule is the appearance of the words of the jurists because in every discussion they have assumed this rule to be an indisputable rule.
