The Effects of the Marriage contract Provision

This research investigates the legal effects of marriage contract provision. Through the study of reasons present in the issue, the author concludes that being loyal to the provision is considered as a legal requirement and the one against whom the condition is made can be forced to be faithful. Of course in case of violation from the marriage provision, the option of annulment is not proved, while in case of the impossible provision, option of annulment is proved for the person in his favor the condition is made. In regard with some deeds fulfilling them is in need of the legal signature and leaving them in marriage contract is deemed to be a provision, it is finalized that violation from provision is possible and acting against it though being prohibited is of side effect.
