Analysis of Socio-cultural Factors on Housewives' Tendency to Cooperation
Cooperative-based human biological needs have existed since the beginning of human life and with the formation and development of cooperatives, especially after the Industrial Revolution, it has grown more. Women, as half of society, play an important role in the management of life.Given the responsibility of women in the family and the effective functioning of cooperatives in meeting the needs of life, women's orientation in cooperative affairs seems to be considered.Women make up 49.6 percent of the country's population; about two-thirds of whom are Housewife and 11 percent of the country's active cooperatives are dedicated to women. These cooperatives are active in industry, agriculture and services. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the tendency of housewives to cooperative affairs in a qualitative manner.Using the tools of in-depth and semi-structured interviews in the framework of "Grounded theory", the necessary data were collected and adjusted from 15 housewives aged 20 to 60 living in Tehran in 1399, and after analyzing the research findings" Lack of capital" and "Lack of knowledge of cooperation" as a "Background condition"," Individual ability's" as "Causal condition", "Family and friends" As an" interfering condition"," Financial, legal and moral obligations" as Interactions and" Weak institutionalization of cooperative culture" as Consequences on the tendency of housewives to cooperative affairs were identified.
