An Assessment of the Relationship between Organizational Learning and the Company’s Performance through the Mediating Role of Strategic Human Resource Management(Case Study: the Department of Social Security Medical Records of Alborz)
This research in aimed at an investigation of the relationship between organizational learning and company performance through the mediating role of strategic human resource management in the Department of Social Security Medical Records of Alborz. Data collection was performed by reviewing the theoretical foundations of literature regarding the explanation of the research subject through library method and documentary studies. For the collection of qualitative data, Kamal Zuhair and Dugan Basar (2016) questionnaire was employed. The statistical population of the study contains all 250 managers and experts of the company. The sample size according to the Morgan table contains 150 people. Smart-PLS statistical software was employed to test the hypotheses. The results indicated that organizational learning has a positive and significant relationship with strategic human resource management. Moreover, organizational learning and strategic human resource management are positively and significantly related to company performance. Finally, organizational learning showed a positive and significant relationship with company performance through mediating role of strategic human resource management.
