Investigating the effect of organizational structure on organizational organizational silence of employees in Hormozgan police command
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational structure on organizational silence. The present study is a correlation in terms of practical purpose and descriptive research method. The Robins Organizational Standard Structure Questionnaire (1360) and the Vocula and Boradas Organizational Silence Standard Questionnaire (1384) were used to collect data. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Hormozgan Province Disciplinary Command Headquarters, which is a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula; 195 people. In order to deductively analyze the data, measuring instruments such as SPSS software, spreiman correlation coefficient, regression and Friedman test were used. Test results show that there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and its components with organizational silence. Also, according to Friedman's test, complexity with a coefficient of 2.24 is in the first priority, therefore it has the greatest effect on organizational silence, and then recognition with a coefficient of 1.93 is in the second priority and concentration with a coefficient of 1.92 is in the third and final rank. As a result, it has the least effect on organizational silence in the NAJA
