Study of Structural Relationships of Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice, Occupational Safety and Organizational Commitment (Case study of several governmental organizations in Hamadan province)
This research was conducted to investigate the structural relationships of emotional intelligence, organizational justice, job satisfaction, job security and organizational commitment in a governmental organization. The statistical population of the survey is all employees of a governmental organization, which is about 400 people. According to the Cochran formula, a sample of 200 people was selected from the statistical community and five standard questionnaires including emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational justice and job security were distributed among these individuals. A total of 190 questionnaires were used to be analyzed. SmartPlS and SPSS software have been used to analyze the data. The experimental results of this study showed the confirmation of all direct hypotheses and two indirect hypotheses of the research; but two indirect hypotheses were not confirmed. Sobel test has been used to investigate indirect hypotheses. Sobol test results and statistical tests of these hypotheses and fitting levels of the model, along with detailed conclusions and executive suggestions are presented at the end of the paper.
