Explaining the Concept of Divorce of Divine Jurisprudence in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Jurisprudential and Legal Approach
Since finding the definitions and concepts embodied in a theory is the most fundamental task of a scientific research and also the correct and clear understanding of the problem depends on understanding the concepts correctly, so the author has attempted in this paper to base the notion of "absolute jurisprudence" on the theory. In the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran from a legal and legal point of view Hence, the three concepts of "velayat", "divorced", "jurisprudent" are carefully studied and after examining the concept of velayat in word, reform, custom, book and tradition, it is concluded that the concept of velayat means It is social management and administration of government and governance, and as some critics of the political jurisprudence of the jurisprudence have assumed, it does not imply inferiority and superiority, and then states that it is intended to be absolute, inclusive, and relative to other provinces. They are considered to be special, such as father-in-law marriage to a girl and so on.
