Identifying Factors Affecting Generous Leadership with Emphasis on Workplace Spirituality in Education in the Northern Provinces of Iran
The purpose of this study was to present a generous leadership model with an emphasis on spirituality in the workplace in education in the north of the country. The Delphi method of work has been used by 30 experts who have been involved in education for many years in the north of the country, and ultimately lead to the extraction and identification of variables, Was done. The results showed that staff training, forgiveness, organizational promotion, organizational justice in all leadership processes and practices, providing a happy environment in the organization, meritocracy in appointments, using low-level employees' opinions in decision making, and Appreciate Collaborators' Co-operative Components of Generous Leadership Mutual Respect among Co-workers, Self-Monitoring, Sincerity and Honesty for Working Behaviors, Observance of Prophetic Principles and Ethical Guidelines. Feelings of divine supervision have been known to the denizens of the denial of the components of spirituality in the workplace
