The Effect of social undermining on Organizational Agility with the Middle Role of Organizational Justice among Physical Education Teachers in West Azarbaijan Province
In recent years, various harmful and negative behaviors in the workplaces have attracted the attention of many researchers and theorists. One of these traumatic organizational behaviors that has been considered recently by researchers is undermining behaviors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social undermining on organizational agility with the mediating role of organizational justice ,the research method is applicable in terms of practical purpose and the method of data collection is descriptive and correlation type that was carried out by the field method. The statistical population of this study were 879 physical education teachers of West Azarbaijan Province, during 96-97 that 268 participants of them were selected using cluster sampling method as a statistical sample based on the Grejesse and Morgan table. The result of this research indicates significant effect of the inverse effect of social undermining on organizational agility, direct impact of organizational justice on organizational agility and also the inverse effect of social undermining on organizational justice. And also the indirect effect of social undermining on organizational agility through the mediating variable of organizational justice at confidence level is 95% and research hypotheses are confirmed.
