The Relationship Between Professional Ethics of Teachers andOrganizational Virtue and Organizational Commitment ofTeachers (Case Study: Primary Teachers of Education in TehranDistrict 5)
The purpose of this reseaech was to investigate the relationship between teachers 'professional ethics with organizational virtue and teachers' organizational commitment (Case study: Primary Teachers of Education in Tehran District 5). This research was "applied" in terms of the purpose and in terms of "field" gathering and "descriptive" implementation of "solidarity" type. The research community consists of all teachers in the elementary education area of Tehran's 5th district, whose number is 755. The sample size was considered to be 254 people based on Krejcy and Morgan's tables. The data gathering method was library and field studies. Data gathering tool In this research, three standard questionnaires of professional ethics (1992), Cameron et al. Organizational virtue (2004) and organizational commitment of Allen and Meyer (1991) were used. Its reliability coefficient for variables was 0.76, 0.83 and 0.89 respectively. Data analysis was done by descriptive and inferential methods through software. In the descriptive statistics section (mean, standard deviation, frequency, and graphs), the research variables were shown. Inferential statistics included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to verify the variables of the research and SPSS-22 software in order to investigate Relationship between variables. There is a direct relationship between the professional ethics and the organizational virtue of teachers. The higher the professional ethics of teachers are, the higher their organizational virtue, and there is a direct relationship between professional ethics and teacher commitment. The higher the professional ethos among teachers, the higher the organizational commitment, the direct relationship between organizational virtue and teacher commitment.
