The role of hope in the workplace with psychological health of Bushehr Welfare Bank employees
Psychological health is one of the most important and fundamental variables in the field of psychology and educational sciences in relation to which various factors have been studied. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of hope in the workplace with the psychological health of Bushehr Welfare Bank employees. The method of the present study was descriptive correlation. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Bushehr Welfare Bank branches in 2019 148, using Cochran's formula, 107 people were selected by stratified sampling. Data collection tool 12-point scale Omid Snyder et al. (1991) And 28-item Psychological Health Questionnaire (Goldberg (1972)) Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis and SPSS software version 22 were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a Negative and significant relationship between hope and psychological health (P <0.001). He also explained the hope of 34.2% (P <0.01) of the variance of employees' psychological health. According to the research results, it can be said that by increasing hope in employees, their psychological health can be improved.
