Pathology of Street Children's Recording Policies in Iran

For many years, the issue of street children has been on the agenda of various Islamic republics of the Islamic Republic, but for various reasons there is still no comprehensive and desirable solution that can take steps to control and reduce this issue. This research, by analyzing the content of available resources, seeks to address the pathology of the causes of failure in the organization of street children and work in Iran. Findings of the research indicate that the components of "ambiguity in the recognition and definition of the problem, parallel work and the interference of institutional duties, lack of macro-policy and instability, and the continuous and radical change in the policies adopted" are one of the most important problems of policymaking street children in Iran. The policy recommendations of this study are that by regulating policies (including various laws and regulations issued by various institutions), the organization of street children in the country, which has been used only from the past for years, without being used, although in some cases the power of power Some devices - they came up with a single, effective policy package in this area. On the other hand, in this policy package, the institutional set-up of the tasks of the executive agencies should be carefully and far-reaching, so that the boundaries of the involvement of different institutions in various aspects of the street children's problem are identified and prevented from disclosures of executive agencies in this area.
