Abstract:

Taysir is one of the jurisprudential concepts that has found its way into the culture of Islamic jurisprudence from the Qur'an and discussions have been held about it. In the field of Persian literature, Mowlana is known as a poet who was first a jurist and a religious scholar and after meeting with Shams Tabrizi, he joined the Jirga of Sufis and mystics. In this regard, he has used several jurisprudential terms during his intellectual and personality renaissance in the spiritual Masnawi and Ghazals of Shams. In this article, with a descriptive- analytical approach and library resources, the jurisprudential concept of Taysir from Mowlana's point of view has been studied and explored. It seems that in the words of the poet, such things as: urgency, error, priority of tasks over each other and epistemological issues are mentioned as influencing factors. Jurisprudential beliefs have influenced him and given him a new shape. Also, the propagation of Taysir's discourse is directly related to Mowlana's spirit of tolerance and tolerance.
