Book trade and its effects in Andalusia until the end of the 7th century AH
Muslims in Andalusia established a superior civilization, one of the most important reasons of which was paying attention and dependence on books. The subject of this article is to explain the role of the Andalusians in creating books and collecting and promoting them as a commercial commodity and its impact on the development of Andalusian civilization until the end of the seventh century AH. The origins, the preparation process, the places of sale and purchase, the price, and the effects of book trade on the cultural and economic spheres of the people of Andalusia are discussed.
