Abstract:

In today's dynamic economic environment, the era of traditional business examples is over. Today, the economies of developed countries are based on small and medium enterprises. On the other hand, proper financing may be considered the most important factor for the success of companies; Especially small and medium companies that have many problems and limitations in foreign financing. Therefore, based on this argument, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of venture capital firms (VC) and banks in loans and performance of small and medium enterprises. In this study, information about 29 sample companies in an 8-year period between 1390-98 (a total of 232 companies-years) was analyzed to examine the relationship between variables to test the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the present study, venture capital firms (VCs) and banks in bank loans, the quality of reporting and long-term debt of small and medium enterprises has no significant effect, But it has a significant and direct impact on the performance of these companies.
