Sub-strategy of Unity in Nahj al-Balaghah
A process and system approach to Alawite management can provide the basis for strengthening the appropriate knowledge and skills to meet the contemporary world's challenges. According to this approach, the macro strategy of achieving the general goals of the Islamic government and its sub-strategies to achieve the middle goals can be found in some sermons and letters of the Amir al-Mo'menin (AS) in Nahj al-Balaghah. With a kind of convergence, these sub-strategies and sub-goals pave the way for achieving those overall goals. The present article tries to examine one of these sub-strategies, namely the strategy of achieving Islamic unity, according to Nahj al-Balaghah through analytical and descriptive methods. The findings show that Islamic unity is not just a temporary tactic to achieve some political goals or moral and social advice, but in the statement of the Amir al-Mo'menin, the three pillars of the strategy are the vision, study, and evaluation of the internal and external environment and strategies.
