Crime Prevention in the Light of Administrative Criminology
Today, security is one of the most important values that Social Welfare provides for the creation and safeguarding of it, and uses criminal law tools, but victimization is one of the serious threats to security that has been created to combat these various schools. Theorizing and the main dominant focus of these theories have been the crime causality. In fact, criminology, as a science based on the causal nature of crime, has gone through many different periods throughout its life. But since the mid-1980s, and especially in the 1990's, new criminological theories emerged on the characteristics of criminal activity. It should now be noted that administrative criminology is characterized by the prevention of an individual (premature or growing), the position (environmental or conditional) and community (which is at the macro level the same social prevention and at the micro level of community-based prevention) Has reduced the phenomenon of crime; management prevention, with management in place, is somewhat reminiscent of social control theory, which is aligned with administrative criminology from the point of view of criminal sociologists. Therefore, crime prevention, in the light of administrative criminology, requires appropriate tools and programs that can involve all executive, judicial, and legal systems, and it seems that criminology can be managed both operationally especially, the prevention of a situation Circumstances, both environmental and situational, as well as reactive (in the precarious situation, according to the appropriate position theory, broken windows and other theories of the possibility of committing a crime) manage the crime and fight the criminal phenomenon.
