Pragmatics of Interpretive-Structural Modeling Methodology and Presentation of Patterns of Managers' Immortality in Iranian Banking System (Case Study: Sina Bank)
The purpose of the present study was to design a model of managers' immortality in Iranian military system using structural-interpretive modeling method.
The research method is exploratory in nature with a qualitative approach. Content analysis and review of relevant texts as well as interviews with selected experts through non-random method and snowball technique to theoretical saturation were used for data collection and identification.
A structured matrix questionnaire was developed to determine the relationships between indicators. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using structural-interpretive modeling and mapped in three levels into an interactive network, which resulted in the "customer-oriented" factor at the highest level. Also, the influence and the degree of dependence of these factors on each other in the power-dependency matrix were investigated.
"Customer Orientation" and "Delegation" indices in the Affinity-Dependency Power Matrix of the dependent region mean the highest dependency and least influence, and the factors of "effective communication", "planning", "systems", "Risk taking" lies in the connected area, which has the highest penetration power and the highest amount of dependency.
