Fundamentals of the Ontology of Human Rights; a Case Study of Human Dignity in Ttranscendent Wisdom
From the Islamic point of view, the source of all human rights is God Almighty, and if God and manchr('39')s relationship with God are not taken into account, no human right can be proved to another human being. Human dignity is the turning point that in the light of human rights can be considered against or for human beings and he can be considered as the source of enjoying rights and duties.
The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytical.
Ethical Considerations:
Ethical considerations related to the writing of texts as well as references to sources were observed.
The result of the rational study of human dignity is that from the perspective of transcendent wisdom, the inherent human dignity, which is intertwined in the human structure, has a description of existential origin. Therefore, from a philosophical point of view, the dignity, honor and goodness of human existence in the system of existence is a prominent and sublime thing compared to other beings that the Holy Creator has forged this attribute for human existence. The special supremacy and superiority of man is something that, as a result of his existence, has originality, goodness and intuition. Science and rationality, faith and righteous deeds are the most important components of acquired dignity in human beings.
By examining the types of intrinsic and acquired dignity and the components of each, they can be mentioned as one of the most important ontological foundations of human rights.
