Indicators of favorable governance of the "level State of the Islamic Revolution" in accordance with the second step statement

One of the noble aims of the Islamic Revolution of Iran is to theorize the realization of the "new Islamic civilization". According to the theories presented, the main scientific authority of which is the supreme leader of the revolution, the processes (formation of Islamic revolution, formation of Islamic system, establishment of Islamic state, formation of Islamic society and establishment of modern Islamic civilization) to achieve this goal. Important is defined. Despite the advances that have taken place in the first four decades of the revolution, this process has faced serious problems in its third phase, the "establishment of the Islamic State". According to the leader of the revolution, the main step of the civilization movement of the Islamic Revolution at the present moment is the creation of an Islamic state, without which it will not be possible to reach the next two stages. Therefore, in the present study we seek to answer the question and what are the characteristics of a desirable state and the balance of the Islamic Revolution in order to play a central role in the realization of modern Islamic civilization? In this regard, the indicators and characteristics of the relevant balance-sheet state are discussed in the second step statement. According to the researches of this study, using descriptive-analytical methods and library tools, the most important indicators of the state of the balance of the revolution can include such things as spirituality, scholarship, and merit. It listed theocracy, rationalism, participatoryism, rule of law, transparency, and economic ecology.
