The Role of Urban Management in Improvement of Worn-out Urban Tissues (Case: Saravan City )
The issue of improving the worn-out structures of cities has been considered by urban planners and managers in the last one or two decades, and more or less measures have been taken in this regard, and by recognizing the needs, bottlenecks, capabilities and opportunities to revive the worn-out tissue through joint efforts and empowerment of residents, they have created a suitable environment for local residents to live. Improvement worn tissue can promote physical value and the willingness of citizens to live in that increase. In this regard, the purpose of this study is the role of urban management in improving the worn-out urban tissues of Saravan. The present study is a descriptive-survey research in terms of purpose in the field of applied research and based on its nature and method. The statistical population of the study includes professors, experts and specialists in the field under study. Using Delphi technique, 20 people were selected as the sample population. In this research, fuzzy TOPSIS and fuzzy AHP models have been used to measure and analyze. The results of fuzzy hierarchical analysis (AHP) technique showed that the urban regeneration index with a normal weight of 0.408 has the highest priority of improving urban worn-out tissues. Also, the results of fuzzy TOPSIS technique showed that the urban regeneration strategy has the highest weight and is in the first place.
