Today, one of the social problems that deprives girls of their legitimate right to choose a spouse is unwanted marriages. This damage is more or less present in different parts of the world. Every year, 4 million women around the world are forced into marriage or forced into marriage.

According to many social experts, the element of consent and agreement between the parties in marriage is one of the factors in the strength of the family institution and the stability of marriage. But from the past to the present, forced and unwanted marriages have taken place, and these types of marriages have usually been the main material and spiritual damage to girls. In all divine religions, however, the right to freedom of choice of spouse and the right to be elected in the marriage process are inalienable rights of girls.
