Providin a model for university and industry intetaction based on Knowledge-based economy and investing research and development

Abstract:
This research tries to investigate the relationship between university and industry with emphasis on knowledge-based economy and the views and opinions of the experts in this field. It tries to present a proper model according to social conditions using content analysis method. A questionnaire of 55 questions was prepared through conducting interviews with experts, as well as reviewing various books and articles in the field of communication between the industry and the university with emphasis on knowledge-based companies. Out of 536 individuals, were 311 school students and 225 industrialists. The findings of the research showed 7 dimensions of partnership and trust, inner motivation, research, entrepreneurship and employment, human resources, mutual recognition, management and leadership, and policy making. Based on the final model of the study, which included all the variables and components, it was found that all components significantly affected their endogenous variables.
