Abstract:

In planning and development of rural areas, it is necessary to know and analyze the current situation of villages and study their facilities and bottlenecks in various fields. There are several methods and models for determining the levels of enjoyment and development of rural areas, one of which is the PROMETHEE index. In the present study, the ranking of villages in the southern tropical Bahmaei rural district in Bahmaei city has been done in two quantitative and qualitative parts and their combination determines the final result of rural development feasibility study. The research method of this study is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection and library studies and authors' calculations. In the research process, after extracting effective criteria, 28 indicators related to rural development feasibility were determined and then the statistical population of 40 villages in the southern tropical Bahmaei district was analyzed in this research and the results were developed in the form of areas with highly developed villages. , Medium, Deprived, Very Deprived.
