Designing and Developing a Management Model on Citizenship Education with Sustainable Urban Development Approach (Synergistic City)

One of the strategies for sustainable urban development is the development and proper management of citizenship education. The aim of this study was to present a management model on citizenship education with a sustainable urban development approach, a sequential exploration mix (qualitative, quantitative) research method using grounded theory and with semi-structured interviews from 12 academic experts to reach the theoretical saturation level continued. From the initial codes, 57 concepts and 16 components were obtained and the distribution of a researcher-made questionnaire from qualitative data received 230 responses from urban policy-taker and brokers. Exploratory factor analysis and structural equations of the research states that all questions related to variables have significant correlation coefficients with the internal variables because the corresponding significance level is less than 0.05. On the other hand, all functional loads are more than 0.5. It can be said that there is a little section with an average of more than 3 points between the 16 components specified by academic experts in the qualitative sector and the statistical population. Among the structures, the highest rank related to the trained family is the first step, and other results of the national and Islamic macro programs by maintaining regional conditions and paying attention to the findings of other nations, codification of binding laws and institutional custodians that are awareness and participation of citizens, as well as creating academic disciplines and knowledge-enhancing to sustainable urban development and management on citizenship education can be realized and can be a citizen-oriented, dynamic and developed city (city Synergistic) manufacturing.
