The Effective Factors on Kermanshah’s Audience Satisfaction from The News Broadcast of Zagros TV Network

The aim of this research is to understand about the effective factors on Kermanshah’s audience satisfaction from Zagros TV network news broadcast. To achieve this, a survey research is done by using questionnaires. The inhabitants of Kermanshah were taken as statistical population of the research. By the help of multistage cluster sampling & random sampling based on Cochran’s formula, 400 questionnaires were distributed among audience to answer (including 207 female & 193 male). Then, the data was collected & analyzed by SPSS method. 215 persons (equal to 53.75% of respondents) expressed their satisfaction to a high & very high extent from the news broadcast of Zagros TV network. Also, 135 persons (equal to 33.75%) were moderately satisfied & 50 persons (equal to 12.5%) showed their dissatisfaction to low and very low extent. On the whole 67.34% of audience in Kermanshah were satisfied with Zagros news broadcast.
