Educational drives affecting the economic empowerment of rural women in Nahavand city in the development of business and home business

< p >Abstract This is an applied and exploratory research and has been done by the method of drives analysis. In the first stage, information was collected through interviews with 20 experts. The results were 17 key Concepts. In the second step, a interaction questionnaire was designed. The weighting of this questionnaire was done in pairwise comparisons with numbers between 0 and 3. Then Mikmak software was used for analysis. The results showed that "holding workshops to introduce the potential of rural women to family members and rural men" on the one hand can increase the empowerment and creativity of rural women. It is also possible to facilitate the entry of women into economic activities by introducing these abilities and capabilities to other villagers. Also, "more effective intervention of agricultural promoters to present exhibitions of rural women''''s achievements on a regular basis along with training to increase the quality of products to be presented at the exhibition" can be effective. These drivers drive "strengthening the skills of using virtual marketing to develop rural women''''s home-based jobs" and also have a direct and effective effect on "increasing the level of women''''s job-creating skills"; It will also increase the exchange of experiences in the field of rural women.
