Providing a Model of Strategic Intelligence of Managers of Education Districts of Tehran with a Theoretical Data-Based Approach
The main purpose of this study is to design a strategic intelligence model for managers of education districts in Tehran.
The research method is applied in terms of objectives, qualitative data in terms of data and emerging data in terms of the type of study. According to the method of conscious sampling of targeted snowball type and based on theoretical saturation, 15 experts were performed. Data collection tool is exploratory interviews. After collecting data, their analysis was done in the form of open, axial and selective coding, which based on data analysis, a suitable model of strategic intelligence was presented.
The results of the study indicate that this model consists of two dimensions: intra-organizational factors and extra-organizational factors and 21 components and 206 constructive indicators, which is more valid than other models; Therefore, the application and operation of this model can help to improve the quality of education management.
Strategic intelligence is a strategic effort of an organization to apply intelligence in the organization. This, in turn, makes the organization's employees smarter, reduces the workforce, and ultimately produces more creative products and services that better meet customer needs.
