An Analysis of Knowledge absorption capacities in the General Office of Sports and Youth Department of Khuzestan Province with an Emphasis on Organizational Entrepreneurship and Innovative Performance
The purpose of this study was the role of knowledge acquisition capacities in the General Department of Sports and Youth of Khuzestan Province with emphasis on organizational entrepreneurship and innovative performance. Descriptive-survey research method and in terms of applied purpose that was collected in the field. The statistical population was all employees of sports and youth departments of Khuzestan province that finally 150 people participated in the research. The Garsiamorales et al. (2013), Martin Rojas et al. (2013) and Gandhi et al. Formal and content validity were reviewed by 5 professors of sports management and broadcast after corrections. Convergent and divergent validity also indicated the validity of the questionnaire constructs. Findings showed that absorption capacity indices have a significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship and innovative performance (P <0.05). In general, the absorption of knowledge in its various dimensions has an impact on organizational entrepreneurship and innovative performance and can increase this organization to develop and promote entrepreneurship and use the creative capacities of managers and the entire workforce in the organization and make it useful. Deliver organizational entrepreneurship can be developed when the knowledge and creativity of employees can reach the stage of exploitation, and through this, the organization will be guided for a different performance than before and an innovative performance in line with organizational goals.
