Construction and Evaluation of Psychometric Properties of the National Confidence Questionnaire among the Students of Shahrekord Islamic Azad University
The aim of this study was to examine psychometric properties of national self-confidence questionnaire. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population was the students of Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch. Based on a review of texts and literature related to national self-confidence, a 110-item questionnaire was prepared and then provided to 10 experts in the field of psychology, sociology, management and political science, and its face and content validity was confirmed. Then, a 110-item questionnaire was administered to a sample of 484 students who were available selected. By examining the share of each item in the total score, items that were lower than 0.30 were removed and the number of items reached 98. The results showed that the reliability coefficient of the National self Confidence Questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha method (0.964), halving method (0.956) and Guttman method (0.956) have good reliability coefficients in the student sample. Therefore, the National self confidence Questionnaire is a good tool for measuring national confidence and can be used for measurement.
