Provide a dynamic growth pattern of Iran `s market share of regional gas from a strategic perspective trade

This study is an applied research and in terms of method and time period of data collection is in the category of cross-sectional research. This study was conducted in the period 1398-1399. The main tools for collecting research data are Dimtel questionnaire and ANP. The spatial scope of this study is the National Iranian Gas Company. The statistical population of this study includes theoretical experts (university professors) and experimental experts (managers of the National Iranian Gas Company). Using non-probabilistic and purposeful sampling methods, 15 qualified experts participated in this study. For the analysis of specialized interviews, the data-based qualitative data analysis method has been used. Based on the results, the identified indicators are classified into eight main categories, which are: management, policy and policy-making, strategic management, organizational structure culture, technology environment, political environment, economic environment, competitive environment. The results also show that in order to achieve the expected results, the gas regional trade strategy should be formulated based on the political and economic conditions of the country. These strategies, in the form of short-term policies and policies, strengthen the country's competitiveness in gas regional trade.
