Foresighting in Development of Skill-Based and Demand- Oriented Trainings
Determining the work force demands in different economic sectors is in fact the prediction of work force in order to provide the demand-oriented training and quantitative progressive programs with foresighting approach. The aim of this article is to predict the work force demands using the extrapolation method and based on the compliance of various jobs with skill training courses in coming years to ensure the benefits of employers, employees and economic enterprises through providing skilled and competent work force. Extrapolation method can predict the combination and working behaviors in the future and apply the practical strategies to cope with them. Findings show future jobs into three categories of obsolete jobs, jobs becoming obsolete, and increasing jobs in the future.
