Behavior of professors and instructors in educating students at the level of the Islamic Revolution and providing an appropriate behavioral model(Case study: Imam Hussein (AS) University of Officers and Guards Training)

Abstract:

In this study, the effective behavior of successful professors and instructors in educating a faithful student at the level of the Islamic Revolution was studied in a statistics of 319 professors, instructors, commanders and university students. Because of this; We set our goal to discover the effect and priority of behavioral characteristics of university professors on the attributes and Behavioral Characteristics of a student of the level of the revolution; Based on Fundamentals of genuine Islamic education, the statements of The great position of Velayat, the documents of the comprehensive scientific map of the country and Characteristics and competencies of professors according to the latest announced document, we have evaluated the behavior of the professors. The present study is descriptive-analytical and is applicable in nature. In the end, it was found that out of the total of thirty-one competencies in The Methodology of competencies of professors at the level of the Islamic Revolution, fourteen items are more effective on educating students than other items. Among these, the most effective items are: IQ, being an example in ethics and behavior, familiarity with the area of research and investigation specialized knowledge in professors; and also according to the analysis of the path of the effect of the above items on educating the believing student had the highest significance; Independently, we achieved a model that is very effective for university professors and educational administrators
