Abstract:

The profound effect of preferred [mustabbat] in directing the religious culture of the society and preserving the divine faith and values is clear for everyone; However, some have paved steps to downplay the preferential rules of Islam on the pretext that it is not mandatory. The present article seeks to prove the hurmat [forbidden] of acting to weaken the preferential rulings through verses, narrations and reason. First, verses are presented regarding the condemnation of the repelling Divine way [sabil allah], the prohibition of the good, the prohibition of good, and the misguidance of the people, and then it quotes a group of narrations as evidence in favor of this issue; The first group: narrations that have condemned the commandment to deny and forbid the good; The second group: narrations that forbid underrating the divine commands. Then it deals with the third argument and through the rule of reason proves loath of any effort to not achieve the divine intentions and goals. Finally, the article examines the scope of the issue and the types of propaganda and encouragement contrary to the divine command, noting that one of the important fruits of this discussion can be the expression of the scope of the command to obey parents or the being necessary of the terms in trades.
