The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual health and its dimensions including existential health and religious health with perceived stress in female students (P <0.05). There was a negative and significant relationship between faith and perceived stress (P <0.05). Also, simultaneous regression analysis showed that the predictor variables together were able to explain 39% of the variance of the stress inhibition score.
According to the results, it is recommended that schools and institutions that deal with adolescents in the form of educational-recreational programs to strengthen religious beliefs and spirituality.
