Pathology of behavior-based training methods from the perspective of the Holy Quran and narrations
The Holy Qur'an considers righteous deeds as one of the most important factors of human happiness and a human being can be successful in performing righteous deeds whose behavior is based on revelatory teachings and avoid the harms mentioned in these valuable sources; Therefore, identifying the most important disadvantages of behavior-based training methods seems necessary. Therefore, the present study aims to find the answer to the question that from the perspective of the Holy Quran, what are the possible harms of behavior-based training methods? it has studied verses and narrations and has achieved this by using descriptive-analytical method and collecting materials from library sources. The results of this study show that from the perspective of the Holy Quran and narrations, being commander non-acting, violence in command, absolute imitation of innocent patterns, expect the trainer to follow the patterns completely, Exaggeration in the processing of personality patterns, encourage more or less than allowed, equality between the good and the bad, the use of punishment instead of tolerance, punishment over error, unnecessary corporal punishment, punishment without problem solving, are among the most important harms that can disrupt the training and correction of teacher behavior and have irreparable effects.
