Investigating the indicators of effective motivation in fulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Considering the different mission of the Armed Forces of the Islamic system from other systems and the effect of non-physical factors of combat capability in fulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces which the defense-security achievements of the last four decades show this fact and the serious and heavy mission of the armed forces in the second step of the Islamic Revolution, this article aims to count and write the indicators of effective motivation in fulfilling the mission of the armed forces. The present study is a kind of mixed exploratory research; This is because in the qualitative method the interview tool is used and in the quantitative method the questionnaire tool is used. The research population was determined using the trait ratio formula of 96 people. Based on the results of data analysis, considering that the degree of freedom is 99 and the level of significance is 0.000, the average of the five indicators is higher than 3 and the difference of average is 1.1280; In addition to confirming the research hypothesis, Motivational indicators have a great impact on fulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces. Considering the high rank of the effect of motivation indicators in fulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces, the full range of options will form a layered defense under the heading of five capacities for the Islamic system, which is mentioned in the conclusion section.
