A Review of the Different Types of Flexibility of the Holy Quran’s Rules and Laws: A Reference to the Influential Factors of Changing a Rule

Being consistent with human nature and enjoying precision and philosophy for their setting, Islamic rules are easy and flexible in order to relieve their audience of the new situations and states caused by difficulties and entanglements and to help them. In spite of this fact, some people try to show a rough, static, and indifferent picture of Islam in respect of any change and reform. The present research aims at extracting the different types of flexibility out of the Holy Quran’s rules and laws and explaining the situations that leads to changing the primary rules. The results of the study show that the Divine law never stops, but it may be reduce or change into another law due to the different reasons and situations. Even the legally competent person has the right to choose from among a number of actions depending on his/her power or to show a better reaction toward the action of the other party compatible with his/her act.
